If your event management or ticketing system supports it, you can automatically send guest details (such as names, emails, and event data) using our RESTful API. This enables seamless, real-time processing of orders.

API Integration

CSV/Excel Upload: Alternatively, you can compile a guest list in a CSV or Excel file and send to our admin to have it uploaded it to our system. The system will then process the file, generate unique QR codes for each guest, and send them their corresponding emails.

Each photo purchase includes QR code(s) which allow customers to redeem their photos from a designated location. Photos may also be used to create personalized merchandise through third-party fulfillment platforms. <h3>3. Redemption Process</h3><ul><li>Each QR code can be redeemed once.</li><li>QR codes must be presented at designated photography stations.</li><li>Upon redemption, a professional photographer will capture the photo linked to the code.</li><li>Once captured, the photo will be reviewed and, if approved, delivered via email.</li></ul> <h3>4. Merchandise and Fulfillment</h3><ul><li>Photos can be printed on demand via partner platforms (e.g., Etsy, Printify).</li><li>Merchandise availability, production times, and shipping are subject to the policies of those third-party providers.</li><li>SelfyStick Pro is not responsible for delays or issues arising from third-party manufacturers or delivery services.</li></ul> <h3>5.
