By purchasing and redeeming QR codes or using any service provided by SelfyStick Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SelfyStick Pro offers high-resolution digital photos taken at live events. Each photo purchase includes QR code(s) which allow customers to redeem their photos from a designated location. Photos may also be used to create personalized merchandise through third-party fulfillment platforms.

3. Redemption Process

• Each QR code can be redeemed once.
• QR codes must be presented at designated photography stations.
• Upon redemption, a professional photographer will capture the photo linked to the code.
• Once captured, the photo will be reviewed and, if approved, delivered via email.

4. Merchandise and Fulfillment

• Photos can be printed on demand via partner platforms (e.g., Etsy, Printify).
• Merchandise availability, production times, and shipping are subject to the policies of those third-party providers.
• SelfyStick Pro is not responsible for delays or issues arising from third-party manufacturers or delivery services.

5. Refund and Replacement Policy

• Digital photos are non-refundable once redeemed.
• Merchandise may be refunded or replaced only in the case of manufacturing defects.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with photographic proof of defect.
• SelfyStick Pro reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements for buyer’s remorse or misused products.

6. Consent and Image Use

• By purchasing and using a QR code, you consent to being photographed.
• You retain full ownership of your image.
• If you opt-in, you grant SelfyStick Pro the right to use your photo for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.
• Consent for marketing use is optional and can be revoked in writing.

7. Privacy and Data Use

• We collect and process personal information (name, email, event details) solely for photo delivery and order processing.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

8. Limitation of Liability

SelfyStick Pro is not liable for:

• Loss of access due to user error (e.g., lost email, deleted QR code)
• Inability to redeem QR codes after the expiration period
• Issues stemming from third-party platform performance
• Consequential damages resulting from misuse or dissatisfaction with photos or merchandise

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Persons under 18 years of age

We are dedicated to protecting the rights of parents, legal guardians, and individuals under the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 must have consent from a legal guardian and be accompanied by that legal guardian in order to have their photo taken. If no legal guardian is present at the time of photography, services will be denied until the legal guardian is present.
